Melan-A, also known as melanoma antigen recognized by T cell 1, is related to endoplasmic reticulum and melanosomes. It is mainly used for the study of melanoma. Melan A is expressed in all normal melanocytes and melanocyte lines. Tumor cells from epithelium, lymph, glia and mesenchymal origin are generally not expressed. It is mainly used for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of malignant melanoma and tumors with melanocyte differentiation.
