Liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide.
Specificity
This antibody detects endogenous phospho levels of DAPK1 (Phospho-Ser308) at Human:S308, Mouse:S308.The name of modified sites may be influenced by many factors, such as species (the modified site was not originally found in human samples) and the change of protein sequence (the previous protein sequence is incomplete, and the protein sequence may be prolonged with the development of protein sequencing technology). When naming, we will use the "numbers" in historical reference to keep the sites consistent with the reports. The antibody binds to the following modification sequence (lowercase letters are modification sites):KQsVR

Other Name:
Death-associated protein kinase 1 ;
DAP kinase 1 ;
Death-associated protein kinase 1 is a positive mediator of gamma-interferon induced programmed cell death. DAPK1 encodes a structurally unique 160-kD calmodulin dependent serine-threonine kinase that carries 8 ankyrin repeats and 2 putative P-loop consensus sites. It is a tumor suppressor candidate. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Dec 2013],
